NO PROCESSING FEE

The Office of the City Building Official does NOT charge any processing fee.

The Order of Payment issued by the Office of the City Building Official is the only basis for the client’s payments to acquire the approved construction permits.

Here is a breakdown of commonly issued order of payment for an As-Built Residential Abode (or Mixed Materials) with a floor area of 28 sqm (refer to the bases of assessment of the National Building Code of the Philippines – Use of building/structure, cost of construction, floor area, & height):
